You are a true nature girl!
Apparently…. although I am yet to see the true beauty of no (running) hot water or flushing toilets!

Tonight we had dinner at the BEST burger place in Brisbane. It’s a little place called Burger Urge, off Brunswick Street in New Farm. Their menu choice is great (including gourmet and vegetarian options) and the burgers themselves are massive. I managed to finish mine, and am now hitting the peppermint tea cause I think I ate too much!
- don’t walk/run on a treadmill -> drop your water bottle -> decide it’s a good idea to pick it up -> reach down to pick it up (while treadmill is still going) -> fall off the end of the treadmill -> avoid the treadmill for life due to embarrassment
- don’t use the cross trainer for 15 minutes, going quite strongly -> stop on the cross trainer suddenly -> clean the equipment quickly -> walk about 5 metres -> nearly pass out since you didn’t warm down or get enough air or drink enough water
- don’t sign up for 12+ months on a contract if you don’t have a strong will or, more importantly, you don’t have someone else to make you go for the majority of that contract
- don’t even think about comparing your level of fitness with the gorgeous girl in the lycra that can run for 40 minutes without raising streams of sweat on her face
- don’t wait for something good to come up on the tv while you are working out. Always bring your own music. I find there’s nothing worse than the news to work out with. It just doesn’t have the same work-hard beat
- don’t let big, muscly guys keep you from using any equipment – you have a right to use them too
- do make sure you have something to keep your hair from your face
- do make sure you use all the facilities you thought you would use when you signed up
- do wear comfy clothes and a _very_ supportive bra
- do think that doing 40 minutes on cardio is a good thing, even if you are working on the lowest level of resistance (hey, you can only get better!)
